This Privacy Policy explains how Neural-Rift Inc. ("Neural-Rift," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit resonanceone.com (the "Site") or sign up for updates about Resonance One. Neural-Rift Inc. is a Delaware corporation and is the entity responsible for the information described here.

Resonance One is a general wellness product sold to customers in the United States. This Site is intended for visitors located in the United States.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join our newsletter, you give us your email address. We do not ask for any other personal information to sign up.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your device type, browser, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and your interactions with the Site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

Advertising and analytics technologies

Meta Pixel. The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken such as joining the newsletter. This information is shared with Meta and is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to build audiences of people who have visited the Site, and to show you ads for Resonance One on Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram and across Meta's partner network. Meta may combine this information with data it already holds about you. Plausible Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures aggregate Site traffic without using cookies and without collecting personal information or tracking you across sites.

EmailOctopus. Our newsletter is operated through EmailOctopus, which stores your email address and sends our messages on our behalf as a service provider. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to send you the updates you requested, to operate and improve the Site, to measure and target our advertising, and to comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information with Meta in connection with the Meta Pixel as described above, and with service providers such as EmailOctopus and our hosting and analytics providers who process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your information for money.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta account settings and through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.

Our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising involves disclosing identifiers and online activity to Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value.

Data retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
