Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NeuralRift Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit resonanceone.com (the “Site”) and subscribe to our email newsletter. We have written it to be plain and honest: at this stage we collect as little as possible.

1. Who we are

NeuralRift Inc is a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. We develop Resonance One, a portable breathing-guidance device, and operate exclusively in the U.S. market. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].

2. What we collect

Email address (newsletter). If you choose to subscribe, we collect the email address you submit, plus the date and time of your opt-in. We do not require your name or any other personal detail to subscribe.

That’s it for now. We do not use website analytics, we do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not track your behavior across pages or across other websites. We have also disabled open- and click-tracking in the emails we send, so we do not record whether you open our messages or click links within them.

Payments (when available). Ahead of our crowdfunding launch we plan to offer an optional early-bird reservation for a small fee (currently US$1.99), processed by Stripe. When that feature goes live, Stripe will collect and process your payment and billing details directly. We receive only confirmation of a completed payment and limited order information; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe acts as an independent payment processor under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your information for automated profiling or advertising.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to deliver the service:

5. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising, analytics, or profiling cookies. Our newsletter sign-up form is provided by EmailOctopus and is embedded in our pages; it may set a strictly functional cookie to remember that you have already subscribed, so we don’t show the form again. We do not use cookies to track you. Because we rely only on strictly necessary functionality and no profiling, we do not show an intrusive cookie consent banner.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe (every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link) or ask us to delete your data, we remove your address from our active list promptly.

7. Your choices and rights

You can at any time:

Just email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

U.S. residents (including California)

We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Since the only personal information we hold is the email address you gave us for the newsletter, exercising these rights is straightforward — contact us at the address above.

If you are in the EU/UK

We operate in the U.S. market and do not target the EU or UK. However, if you voluntarily subscribe from the EU or UK, we handle your email address in line with the GDPR. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the sign-up form. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data security

We rely on reputable providers (EmailOctopus, Stripe) that maintain industry-standard security. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we collect to a minimum precisely to reduce risk.

9. Children

The Site and Resonance One are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete the information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and company evolve (for example, when payments or the companion app launch). We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes affecting subscribers, notify you by email.
