These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of resonanceone.com (the “Site”), operated by NeuralRift Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

NeuralRift Inc is a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. We are developing Resonance One, a portable breathing-guidance device. The Site currently serves as an informational and pre-launch page for the product.

2. Informational nature of the Site

At this stage the Site presents information about a product in development and lets you join our newsletter. Product features, specifications, pricing, availability, and timelines are preliminary and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell until a purchase or reservation is expressly confirmed by us.

3. Not medical advice

Resonance One is a general wellness product intended to guide breathing exercises. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any health concern, and do not disregard professional advice based on anything you read here.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe, you consent to receive emails about Resonance One and NeuralRift Inc. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle your email address as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Early-bird reservations (when available)

Ahead of our crowdfunding launch we may offer an optional early-bird reservation for a small fee (currently US$1.99), processed by Stripe. When available:

• A reservation secures eligibility for early-bird pricing during our crowdfunding campaign; it is not itself a purchase of the device and does not guarantee delivery, since the product depends on a successful campaign.
• Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; you agree to those terms when you pay.
• We will state the refund conditions for the reservation fee clearly at the point of payment before you are charged.

These reservation terms will be finalized and presented at checkout before that feature goes live.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code;
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content without permission, except as normal browsing allows.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Resonance One name, logos, text, graphics, designs, and the underlying product concepts — are owned by NeuralRift Inc and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (for example, EmailOctopus or Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralRift Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeuralRift Inc harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
